Navigate from Naples to Procida and Sorrento
Embark in Naples and discover the best cities and islands of the Amalfi Coast: Naples,Capri,Positano,Ravello,Amalfi, Ischia, Ponzam Palmarola, Ventotene, Procida, Sorrento.
Day 1 - Naples to Capri
Arrive in the picturesque city of Naples and promptly navigate to the breathtaking East coast of Capri, where you'll anchor in the evening/night, nestled beneath the awe-inspiring cliffs near the residence of the renowned Russian author Maxim Gorki. Take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters before indulging in a leisurely dinner. Enjoy a night at anchor, surrounded by the stunning Italian landscape.
Day 2 - Positano and Ravello
After breakfast, depart from the anchorage to Positano. A brief tender ride ashore allows you to explore the numerous exclusive boutiques and the beautiful surroundings. Return to the yacht for a late-morning swim or perhaps some watersports. Following lunch, cruise to the Amalfi anchorage. A car service can be arranged to transport you to the charming village of Ravello for the afternoon, and you can return to the yacht for dinner. Alternatively, visit Ravello in the early evening for a stroll around the main plaza, enjoy pre-dinner drinks, and then dine at the world-famous Michelin-starred Rossellini's restaurant at Palazzo Sasso. Transportation will then bring you back to the anchored yacht for the night.
Day 3 - Amalfi
The following morning, use the tender to reach the port of Amalfi and explore the old town center. The impressive Cathedral of Saint Andrews is a must-visit, especially to see the Paradise cloisters. Enjoy coffee and cake at the renowned bar opposite the cathedral before leisurely walking back to your awaiting tender. The vessel will then set sail for the south side of Capri, offering breathtaking scenery for an afternoon anchored for sunbathing and water activities.
If sea conditions permit, consider a visit to the renowned Blue Grotto Caves. You can enter the caves using local wooden boats through a narrow entrance, where turquoise shafts of light enter through the low, narrow entrance.
If desired, the option to enter the port of Marina Grande, Capri, for the night (subject to availability) is available.
In the evening, take a ride up to the hilltop village in the old 'Funicular' to enjoy breathtaking scenery and pleasant strolls through the white-painted medieval streets, returning to the yacht in the port for dinner.
Day 4 - Ischia
Leave the port after breakfast and navigate to Sant'Angelo, situated on the south side of Ischia. Explore the ancient fishing port post-lunch and enjoy a swim or water sports in the bay. In the evening, venture to Maronti Beach for the restaurant 'Le Fumarole,' known for its small natural sauna and thermal bath. Stay anchored in this location if weather conditions permit.
Alternatively, head to the port of 'Lacco Ameno' on the Northwest side of the island, where an unusual mushroom-shaped rock stands next to the marina. In proximity to Lacco Ameno, there are several thermal spas for the ultimate relaxation experience. Conclude your day with a gourmet dinner onboard your yacht.
Day 5 - Ponza, Ventotene & Palmarola
Navigate to the Pontine Islands of Ponza, Palmarola, and Ventotene, depending on weather conditions. Palmarola boasts stunning bays and rock formations, perfect for exploration and swimming via tender. As a serene destination, it offers tranquility amidst beautiful surroundings. Opt for onboard lunches and dinners, allowing you to dedicate the afternoon and evening to swimming and engaging in water sports.
Day 6 - Visit the ports of Ventotene & Ischia
As we head back in the direction of Naples, after breakfast, we can make a stop at Ventotene to visit and explore the Roman port. Enjoy lunch at anchor before proceeding to the historic Port of Ischia for the evening and night. The old Port of Ischia is a charming blend of locals and Neapolitan tourists, featuring portside cafes, restaurants, and bustling narrow shopping streets.
Day 7 - Procida and Sorrento or Pompei
Navigate to the anchorage East of the Island of Procida, a charming and eclectic destination worthy of exploration. Take a refreshing swim from the boat to escape the heat and enjoy a delightful lunch at anchor.
After lunch, proceed to Sorrento for our overnight anchorage. Utilize the tender to go ashore and explore, then return to the boat for dinner. Alternatively, we can organize car transportation for a dining experience at Torre del Saracino, situated on a terrace that offers panoramic views of the entire Bay of Naples.
If desired, consider a land excursion to Pompeii, the Roman city preserved by volcanic ash, which is conveniently located not far from Sorrento.
Day 8 - Back to Naples
Conclude your journey in Naples, savoring a tranquil breakfast on the deck of your superyacht while taking in the breathtaking Italian scenery one last time. As the day unfolds, the vessel will set course for Sannazzaro port, marking the departure of guests around midday.
