A 50% deposit is due on confirmation, with the balance payable no later than 4 weeks before the charter start date.

• 30 or more days before the charter: 50% refund
• 15–29 days before the charter: 25% refund
• Fewer than 15 days before the charter: no refund

Crewed charters carry an APA of 25–35% of the charter fee, covering fuel, provisioning, berthing and similar running costs.

Comprehensive marine insurance is required for every yacht offered on this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, with the courts of Palma de Mallorca holding jurisdiction. Where a charter contract is signed, MYBA agreement terms prevail.
