Frequently Asked Questions
Practical answers to the questions our charter advisors hear most often
Planning & quotes
Send your preferred dates, destination, group size and any yacht preferences through the enquiry form, by telephone or by email. A charter advisor checks the current rental inventory and then confirms the yacht, price, inclusions, contract, payment schedule and yacht-specific terms before you commit.
The price depends on the yacht, dates, duration, destination and requested services. Current listing prices are a planning guide, not a final quote. Fuel, tax, port fees, catering, an advance provisioning allowance and other costs may apply depending on the charter. Your advisor confirms the complete price basis in the offer and contract.
No. A public listing confirms that the yacht is in the current rental inventory, but it does not guarantee a specific date. Where the booking system supplies a live calendar, Bluebnc checks the selected dates again before payment. Otherwise an advisor confirms availability by enquiry. Online payment is offered only for yachts and dates that pass those checks.
Yachts & itineraries
A day charter normally returns to port on the same day. A multi-day charter includes overnight accommodation and can cover a wider itinerary. Exact schedules, cabins, crew, meals, fuel and other inclusions vary by yacht and contract, so the yacht page and final offer control.
Bluebnc presents current rental yachts for Mallorca, Ibiza and Formentera, as well as selected Mediterranean and seasonal destinations shown on the website. The yacht's home port, operating area and date availability determine the possible departure point and itinerary.
The current inventory can include motor yachts, day boats, catamarans and larger crewed yachts. Capacity, cabins, length, home port, equipment and charter format are yacht-specific. Use the current yacht page for comparison and ask an advisor to confirm any feature that is essential to your trip.
Safety & logistics
The captain and operator decide whether conditions are safe and may change the route or timing. Rescheduling, cancellation and refund options depend on the signed charter agreement and the circumstances. Your advisor explains the applicable terms before booking; the website does not replace the contract.
Suitability varies by yacht, boarding point and itinerary. Share children's ages, mobility requirements and any other needs before booking. The advisor can then confirm capacity, boarding arrangements, available safety equipment and relevant yacht-specific limitations.
