Where a Riviera yacht charter takes you

Monaco and Port Hercule

Port Hercule occupies a natural deep-water bay below the Rock of Monaco and is the principality's main harbour. Berthing there is allocated by the port authority, so overnight plans in Monaco are confirmed in advance.

The Lérins Islands

Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat lie a few kilometres off Cannes, about fifteen minutes by boat — an easy first stop on a day out of Cannes.

Cap Ferrat and Villefranche

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat sits between Nice and Monaco, overlooking the bay of Villefranche. It is a natural midpoint for charters running between Monaco and Cannes.

Port-Cros and the Hyères islands

To the west, Port-Cros National Park protects islands and sea off Hyères, with its own navigation and anchoring rules. It suits longer charters that combine Saint-Tropez with quieter anchorages.

Plan with confidence

Planning notes for the French Riviera

Event periods

Charters around major events such as the Monaco Grand Prix or the Cannes Film Festival are quoted individually. Berths, viewing positions and event access are only included when confirmed in writing.

Protected areas

Port-Cros National Park applies specific navigation and anchoring rules and protects Posidonia seagrass. Your captain checks the current local instructions before choosing anchorages.

Each yacht card shows its listed base. Starting in Monaco, Cannes or Saint-Tropez changes the route; any repositioning is confirmed and priced in your quote.
